On the deal page

Ask / purchase price — is it current?

Rent, ADR, occupancy, ARV — are values missing or estimated?

Tax and insurance — marked estimated? Add verified values if you have them.

Market trends — stale or missing for that geography?
What you can refresh in the app

Comps — deal page → Comparables tab → Research comps (or Add comp to enter one yourself)

Trends / market data — deal page → Trends tab → Research trends, or the Trends page in the top menu

Rescore — update money fields or financing profile on the deal; scoring updates when inputs change
