Sharing deals with buyers From a deal's Buyers tab, link a buyer profile and create a share link. Buyers can view redacted deal details and set status (Interested, Passed, etc.). Guest sign-in Personalized share links may require a magic link to the buyer's email before they can view or chat. Workspace chat with buyers Use the Buyers tab message thread on a linked deal. Messages sync between the workspace and the buyer's share view. Troubleshooting - Confirm the buyer link is active (not passed/closed) - Confirm the buyer used the correct email for magic-link sign-in - Contact support with the deal link and buyer profile name if access still fails

A deal score, comp, or trend looks wrong

RealtyPad scores and projections depend on the inputs on each deal. Before contacting support, check: On the deal page - Ask / purchase price — is it current? - Rent, ADR, occupancy, ARV — are values missing or estimated? - Tax and insurance — marked estimated? Add verified values if you have them. - Market trends — stale or missing for that geography? What you can refresh in the app - Comps — deal page → Comparables tab → Research comps (or Add comp to enter one yourself) - Trends / market data — deal page → Trends tab → Research trends, or the Trends page in the top menu - Rescore — update money fields or financing profile on the deal; scoring updates when inputs change When contacting support Send: - A link to the deal (copy from the browser) - What looks wrong (score, cashflow, comp set, trend series) - What you've already tried to refresh We can help explain in-app metrics and data freshness.
