How do I connect Cursor or another MCP client?

RealtyPad exposes an MCP server so AI clients can search deals, run underwriting tools, and follow workspace workflows.

Recommended: browser OAuth (Cursor)

  1. In Cursor, open Settings → MCP

  2. Add a server pointing at:

    https://app.realtypad.ai/mcp

    (no trailing slash)

  3. Save and connect — approve access in the browser when prompted

  4. Test by asking your agent to call list_deals with a small limit

Alternative: long-lived agent token

  1. Sign in at app.realtypad.ai

  2. Open your account menu (top right) and choose Agent & API

  3. Click Mint agent token

  4. Add the token to your MCP config as a Bearer header

Tokens are scoped to your active workspace. Switch workspaces in the app, then re-authorize or mint a new token.
